Parc uses a process that has been around since the dawn of agriculture: aerobic composting - the breakthrough is that Parc does it on an industrial scale with a process industry mindset.

From bin waste to compost
Parc takes unsegregated municipal waste (it also works with trade waste from the food industy and mixed waste from supermarkets) and composts the biological fraction into a soil conditioner.

Composting on an industrial scale
Parc composts in huge quantities. A Parc tower can process 25,000 tonnes of waste per year.

Composting at speed
Unlike a normal compost bin that can take months to produce compost or other aerobic waste composting techniques Parc works fast. The whole process takes six days from begining to end - sometimes a lot less time is needed.

Current waste composition going into Parc
The waste going into Parc currently is subject to kerbside collection of paper, cans and glass: some green waste collection and some collection of cardboard and plastic bottle waste.
