Inside a Tower

The bio-digester tower is at the heart of the Parc process.

Each tower consist of three chambers. The shredded MSW is fed into the top.
Once loaded the control system users the agitator arms to stir the waste and inject air and water into the waste mass, but only if needed. When the waste reached maturity the bomb bay door open in the floor and the waste drops through into the next chamber and the composting process continues.
Once it is ready the second level bomb doors open and the waste drops through into the last stage
When the waste reaches a mature stage it is ejected from the bottom of the tower and proceeds to the segregation stage.
